My Testimony

My Testimony

I mentioned in my about me, at an early age I developed a passion for investing. I started reading Investors Business Daily and the Wall Street Journal as a freshman in high school. I opened my first IRA when I was 18 but, I had a worldly perspective. I believed that all I had was mine and was based upon my intelligence and savoy investment skill. I grew up going to church but did not have a personal relationship with God. Going to church was just a task in my week. That changed at a small church in Brentwood, California when asked God to forgive me for my sins, and I accepted Jesus Chrit as my Lord and Savior.

God was not done with me yet, in Jeremiah 18:6 says, “like clay in the hand of the potter so are you in my hand”.  I accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior over my life but not my wallet.  I gave money to the local church and to missionaries that visited our church, but I was still holding on too tight. In Mark 12  :44 Jesus said "For they all contributed out of their abundance, but she out of her poverty has put in everything she had, all she had to live on.” God was still working helping me to give consistently in seasons of both feast and famine. Over time God began to convict my heart on faithful giving. It was not easy, but My God is faithful.

As God helped me get my bank account priorities together, he began working on my investment portfolio. In Psalms 143:10 it says “teach me to do your will for you are my God! Let your good Spirit lead me on level ground! The Holy Spirit began to convict me to radically change what my IRAs and 401k are invested in; I was investing in Mutual Funds and companies that did not align with my personal values. God took me on a journey to learn and understand how my investments can bring honor and glory to his Kingdom by investing in Biblical Responsible Funds that align with

Today my passion is helping others bring honor and glory to the Kingdom of God through good financial stewardship of God’s money.

God has given each of you a gift from his great variety of spiritual gifts. Use them well to serve one another 1 Peter 4:10
